When you purchase a product, an order confirmation e-mail will be sent to you, which contains you order information. You can then follow your order details on My Account. If you haven’t been able to locate it, you can contact us to request it to be emailed to you again.
To ensure a safe shopping experience for our Users, each product is subject to a Quality Control process by our team of experts. When you order a product that is being sold on MODSIE by a User, the Seller will ship the product to us first for Quality Control. Once the product has been deemed compliant by our team, we will ship the product to you.
The seller is sent an email advising that their product is sold and advised to ship the product as soon as possible. However, it is important to note that MOSDIE doesn’t have control on how fast the Seller ships the product to us. If after 15 days the product has not been shipped, your order will be cancelled and fully refunded.
When you order a product bearing the “48h” tag, your product is already in our Office and has already been deemed compliant by our Quality Control Team. It will be shipped to you under 48h!
If you order a product with the “48h” tag, your Product will be shipped under 48 hours and then you’ll receive it regarding the post office delay.
If you order a product from another User, they will be asked to ship us the product as soon as possible for its Quality Control. Our Quality Control team will endeavour to check your Product under 48h once received, and then ship it to you.
Products bearing the “48h” tags are stored in our office. These products have already had their authenticity and quality verified by our Quality Control Team.
They will be shipped to you within 48h of the purchase!
We use Australia Post to ship our products and the shipping costs are determined based on the size and weight of the order. The Shipping Costs vary depending on whether the Buyer is located in Australia or abroad and vary relatively of the value and estimate weight and size of the Product.
Minimum shipping costs per product within Australia are as follows:
- Accessories: $8.90
- Bags, Shoes, Clothing: $14.90
We do ship to countries outside of Australia. You will be able to estimate your shipping costs while viewing your shopping Cart before you start the checkout process. We use Australia Post to ship our products and the shipping costs are determined based on the size and weight of the order.
If you order a product to be delivered outside Australia, you need to be aware that you may need to pay additional customs fees when you receive your parcel. You should first research the costs from your national customs agency to understand the additional fees you may need to pay.
We have chosen three secured methods of payment for Modsie.
- You can choose to pay by Visa, MasterCard or American Express. Our payment gateway is provided by Stripe.
- You can pay using your PayPal. If you don’t have a PayPal account, you will still be able to pay with your credit or debit card on PayPal. If you want to know more about PayPal, click here.
- You can use ZipPay to buy now and pay later. Learn more about ZipPay here.
We have chosen PayPal, Stripe and ZipPay as methods of payment because they are very secure and internationally trusted payment platforms. Your payment information is never disclosed to us.
To use your voucher codes, please enter the code you have been supplied with during the checkout process. If the voucher is valid, the voucher discount will be applied to your order total. Your voucher can only be used for a single order and is not refundable.
Please verify that your payment information is correct and valid. Additionally, check with your bank to ensure that your credit limit has not been reached. If you are paying via ZipPay, your credit rating is taken into consideration.
CANCELLATION & RETURNS
or products sold by Modsie
If you have purchased a product that is sold by Modsie (as indicated in the Product detail page), if you are not completely satisfied by your product, you can return the unused product within 7 days of receipt for a refund. The returned Product must not have been worn and must still bear its Modsie Label.
For products sold by Users on Modsie
If you have purchased a product that is sold by another User on Modsie, your order cannot be cancelled or returned as it has been sold by a private individual.
If an order has been cancelled (e.g. we have not received the Product from the Seller or if the product has been declared non-compliant by our Quality Control Team), we will refund you within 7 days of the cancellation.
